Return of items
Good evening, today I received two De Longhi coffee machine filters. The filter packages were clumsily opened and mostly had a coffee smell; from a quick check, they had already been used. The shipping company is Mondo Casa, Mancuso Antonio. R. L.. Also, on the order cover page I find that the seller pays the shipping costs, whereas within the return items I find that the buyer pays the shipping costs. Please, if you could clarify this for me.

Mentore2 years agoIn the event that you change your mind, you pay the return shipping costs (if the seller accepts returns).
In the event of non-conformity, the return shipping costs are borne by the seller (and the seller cannot refuse it).
