Return of a large item
Hello, I need to return two seats contained in a package whose dimensions are 72x58x100 cm. Unfortunately, the only return method available is the one from Poste Italiane, which only allows packages with a total of dimensions of 150 cm. How can I use the refund service for large packages?

Mentore2 years agoTry to make arrangements with the seller, maybe they have some agreement or a tip to give you.
If you return it for your own reasons, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
