return closed by mistake
I bought a router but as soon as it arrived it didn’t match the seller’s description, so I started the return and refund process, but the seller offered me half the price I paid. By mistake, when I had to reply to him, I closed the return. Now how do I return it and get a refund? Since he doesn’t reply to my messages.

Mentore3 years agoUnfortunately, you can’t open another one... you’re in the seller’s hands... you simply should have paid attention to the message: "It’s important to be sure you want to cancel the request, because it’s not possible to reopen a dispute once it has been closed."
