Return closed by mistake
Good evening, I opened a return and by mistake I clicked close return, how can I fix it? Thanks

MentoreAug 7, 2026 at 8:40 AMYou can no longer resolve it on eBay. A message had appeared warning you that if you closed that procedure, you wouldn't be able to open others, and you confirmed that you wanted to close it!
Now all you can do is turn to the protection of the payment method you used (dispute on Paypal or Klarna or a chargeback from the credit card).
