Return closed. Refund not received.
I am a buyer. I received a package with smashed goods. I purchased with international eBay insurance and sent it back to eBay. The package was returned to me after 3 weeks; the return was closed but I still haven't received the refund. When I call eBay they don't know what to tell me. Who should I contact?

Mentore1 year agoToo bad eBay didn’t sell you anything... who would you have sent it to?
You probably opened a dispute on PayPal, which... incorrectly... lists eBay itself as the recipient.
You should have opened a return request on eBay... that’s why they can’t tell you anything!
Since the package was not returned, you are not entitled to any refund.
