Return closed. Refund not received.
I am a buyer. I received a package with smashed goods. I purchased with international eBay insurance and sent it back to eBay. The package was returned to me after 3 weeks; the return was closed but I still haven't received the refund. When I call eBay they don't know what to tell me. Who should I contact?

Probabilmente hai aperto controversia su Paypal, che... sbagliando... inserisce come destinatario proprio ebay.
Dovevi aprire richiesta di reso su ebay... ecco il motivo per cui non sanno dirti nulla!
Visto quindi che il pacco non è stato restituito, non ti spetta alcun rimborso.
