Return of the decoder refunded to me by eBay! The seller is now threatening to report me
Hello, I made a return because the decoder wasn't working! The seller replaced the product, but this one didn't work either! So I asked eBay for a full refund! eBay refunded me the whole amount and told me everything was fine! I don't have to return the product! (at my own expense) now the seller contacts me and tells me that if I don't send him back the decoder (at my own expense), he'll report me for theft!! What should I do? How should I behave?? eBay says everything is fine like this! What do I do? Thanks

if the item isn't working, tell the seller that they can collect it at their own expense... you'll keep it available for a period you consider reasonable, and then you'll be forced to get rid of it.
