Good evening everyone, recently I started the return process for an incorrect item, an item that was promptly replaced, but when trying to cancel the said return process (since it happened quickly) I’m prevented from doing so because the incorrect and returned item doesn’t appear in the purchase history!!!!!! and therefore the system prevents the seller from continuing their work, BLOCKING them!!! until the dispute is resolved, which in fact does not exist! do you know how this can be overcome
