Good evening, on 10/05/2023 at 17:55 I made a purchase of 4 packs of Protoplasmina PRESTIGE LAQUER.On 12/05/2023 at lunchtime I received this product.After unwrapping it, I noticed that it was not as per the order, and having seen the seller's contact details on the shipment,I called and after explaining what happenedhe told me that he would look into it so that I could get my money back for this mistake because I HAD Ordered on the Site the 125ml pack at € 9,20 when I received the 100ml one at a cost of €8,28 .Mine is only a matter of seriousness, being one of your customers and finding myself in this unpleasant situation .Kind regards Pierluigi Masini.
