return of an item that was still eligible for sale
Dear all, I accepted the return of an item fit for sale in order to avoid unnecessary disputes. I sent a shipping label at my own expense, but after a week the buyer still hasn't shipped it. The funds are held by eBay, what happens if I don't get the item back? I certainly won't issue the refund thanks

if your buyer has opened the proper procedure on eBay and you have correctly provided the label with its tracking, you can safely ask eBay for help, or else wait 21 days and it will close automatically in your favor.
