Good evening,I received a damaged microwave inside an intact box. I started a refund claim, then the seller proposed an exchange with a similar item.That’s fine with me, but to do it the seller is asking me to close the return claim. In the meantime, I read that by doing so I lose any chance of appealing if there are further problems with the new item. Is that right? Ask for the return at the seller’s expense and the refund. Then, with the money you get back, you can buy the equivalent product (if you really want to do that).
