return and dispute
Summary: The discussion is titled "refund and dispute" but contains no detailed content from which to derive a summary.
I bought a floor scrubber dryer that, upon arrival, had several faults not attributable to transport.
I disputed the issue with the seller, who pretended not to understand despite several photos - I had also offered to return it in person, since it is in an area I go to periodically.
This morning I received the message saying that the return had been accepted. At this point I wrote to the seller thanking him and saying that I would follow Ebay's return procedure, to be quicker.
To my surprise, very soon after I received notification that the seller had opened a dispute procedure.
At this point what can I do to protect my interests?
thanks

Mentore1 year agoThe seller can't open any dispute against the buyers... they can ask eBay for help only if you opened it first...
Kind regards.
