Returns and refunds
Hello, as a seller I don't always use Poste 1, but I include it among the various options for the buyer … obviously NOT HAVING a shipping code, around Christmas, it's more likely that it could get lost… why should I be the one to lose out?!?
I mean, with various shipping methods to choose from, the buyer chose Poste 1 without tracking or insurance, and now I find myself having to refund them; that doesn't seem very fair to me.
