Return not accepted and item not as described
Hello everyone. I bought a replacement part that was marked as "New", but once it arrived I saw that it had obvious scratches. After discussing it with the seller, he confirmed that he had bought it a few months ago and had used it briefly.
Given this, can I return it even if it says "returns not accepted"? Does eBay's customer guarantee cover me?

if you think the item is non-compliant, of course you can... and everything will be at the seller's expense.

But how can I protect myself when sending it? Do I need to send it by registered mail with return receipt? And what if the seller says that the item I sent back isn’t the one they sent?

Mentore1 year agoIt seems to me that I answered you correctly: "everything will be at the seller's expense".
The seller will therefore have to provide the shipping label at their own expense; if they do not do so within 4 days, you can ask eBay for help:
