Return - I didn't receive a label
Good morning, I requested a return of the item and a refund and it was approved by eBay, but I am not receiving the label email. Who should I contact? At the moment I see the dispute as closed but not resolved. I’m asking you for help. Thank you

you open the return request with the seller... and it’s the seller who has to handle it.
If it now shows as closed, check the details to see why...
