Hello, I need to return an item that arrived wrong and I have the ticket sent to me by the seller. How do I proceed?

Does the courier chosen by the seller (DHL) get activated directly by the seller?

The courier should come by to pick it up at your home, try contacting DHL customer service and see what’s предусмотрed for that code. Otherwise contact the person who sent it to you.
