Return of counterfeit item
Good morning, I would like to return the St. Francis figurine to the seller. The figurine was supposed to be made of wood but it is plastic; in the item description provided by the seller and in the listing title it stated that it was a carved wooden statue, while a plastic item arrived. PayPal is asking me for proof that I also wrote to eBay, but eBay only gives the option to be called. I ask for your help

Mentore1 year agoWhy did you open the return request on PayPal? Anyway the choice has already been made and it is irreversible, do not close the PayPal procedure and do not ask for a refund simultaneously on two fronts.
By opening PayPal you have completely excluded eBay. Now you must deal exclusively with them.
