Return Item from Multiple Order
I placed an order that includes 4 SAS HDDs (27-11061-05760).
1 of the 4 HDDs arrived non-functional and I started the return process for 1 of the 4 items in my order.
Now a 2nd one of the 4 HDDs is also not working, so I should carry out another return, but I can’t because there is already a return in progress even though it is a different item, but one that belongs to the same group order.

if the purchase was a single one and included the 4 HDDs and the seller accepts the return, you will have to return them all... otherwise the seller will handle the issue.
