Return of damaged item
I bought a model in the United States, it arrived damaged. How does the return procedure work? Do I have to pay the return shipping costs, and when will the refund be credited back to my card?

if the item does not match the description, open a return request:
Return an item in exchange for a refund | eBay
If the seller does nothing after 4 days, remembering that everything will be at their expense, you can ask eBay to step in:
