Hi everyone, I sent an item that was damaged in transit, and the buyer is asking for a return. I want to issue a full refund and let the buyer keep the item, but the system tells me I don't have funds. This is because the funds were never credited to me but held pending. (

Mentore11 months agoYou need to enter a credit card where ebay can charge the remaining amount.
Then, once your funds become available, they will be transferred to the IBAN you provided.
