Return of damaged item after a dispute handled by eBay with a refund in my favor

Hello, item arrived damaged, I carried out the return procedure on the 4th day, I ask eBay for help and they open a dispute. Result: The dispute has been closed in your favor, we will issue a refund in your favor. How should I deal with the seller (who in the listing accepted returns) of the damaged item?

With the refund, the item becomes the seller’s property again and you become its custodian.To free yourself from the burden of safekeeping, just send a message, preferably with eBay messaging.In the message, write that the item is at their disposal and that they can send a courier to pick it up or send you a prepaid label. Also tell them that if they do not take care of it within 15 days, you will be forced to dispose of it.  himario
