Return of the item and "CLOSURE" of the transaction

Question

I received the wrong item and started a return.

The seller sent me the correct one (at their expense), covering the cost with a "private transaction," so I could add a small amount to make up the price.

At the same time, I’m sending the wrong item back, at my expense.

The seller tells me to "CLOSE" the transaction (the first one), but I only see the option to cancel the return.

I asked them for clarification, and they told me to contact support, but I can’t find any explanation.

What should I do?

Closing or canceling is the same thing... Anyway, a transaction handled really badly by the seller... Have a good evening.
