Return of the item and "CLOSURE" of the transaction

I received the wrong item and started a return.The seller sent me the correct one (at their expense), covering the cost with a "private transaction," so I could add a small amount to make up the price.At the same time, I’m sending the wrong item back, at my expense.The seller tells me to "CLOSE" the transaction (the first one), but I only see the option to cancel the return.I asked them for clarification, and they told me to contact support, but I can’t find any explanation.What should I do?
