Return of item - I received it not working
Good evening everyone, I sold a Samsung s21 in perfect working order. The buyer, upon receiving it, told me that the camera doesn't work (I had tested it and it worked, but I trust their good faith)
I accepted the return at my own expense, the phone arrives and it doesn't turn on at all.!!
now my funds are blocked, do you think I'm the one who'll lose out?? What can I do??

if you correctly closed the return and refunded the buyer, the block is probably because eBay considers you an infrequent seller; from the feedback it looks like you’ve made few sales this year... even though with this account you haven’t sold any S21...
