return of non-compliant item
Hello everyone,
I bought a spare part for my car from England. I had asked the seller in advance about the item’s compatibility, and I was assured that it was suitable. When the item arrived in my country, I had to pay customs fees to collect it. When the item arrived, I realized that it was not actually compatible with my car. I requested to return the item to the seller because it was not as described. However, I wanted to ask if anyone can tell me how I can request the customs fees back since the item will be returned.
