I would need an email or phone contact to return a product that does not appear in my list of purchases and therefore does not exist for eBay. I should point out, however, that having used an email channel because the product had not arrived, I was replied to there and the arrival date was corrected and the order number confirmed, so the product exists for eBay. I tried writing again to the email customerhelp_it@ebay.com but no one has replied to me anymore. I need to return the non-conforming item and I don't know how to do it.Elisa
