Object return I can't find the label
Good evening
I bought a tool to reset the service light on my car, too bad my car isn't listed in the software and while trying it deactivated the radio and parking sensors.
The seller had written that returns were not accepted. Given this particular situation, he accepted the return; I expected to find a label to print on eBay to get a convenient/discounted shipping price like I had a while ago, but I can't find it.
Does it need to be enabled by the seller? Or am I the one who can't find it?

Mentore2 years agoSince the return is due to you changing your mind about the item, the return shipping is your responsibility.

If I go into "see return details" it shows me the order number, ID number, my request. the confirmation from the seller, but it doesn't offer me the option to return with ebay...
I see this message:
Returns
At this time there are no returns that require labels.

OP2 years agoyes, I had opened it, then the seller accepted it for me, but I can't find the option to buy the ebay label linked to the return

Mentore2 years agoIt's not essential to buy it on ebay... you can ship the package however you prefer and wherever you prefer... obviously tracked!
