Returning an item without tracking
Good morning,
It's the first time I've made a return of two products.
The seller provided me with the shipping label (via eBay chat, not by email). I went to the post office, but I don't understand where to enter the tracking code so that it shows that I sent the package to the seller to get a refund for the damaged products. When I bought the products, the seller didn't even give me the shipment tracking code.

the tracking must be entered in the return procedure... if you opened the official one... otherwise you're in the seller's hands.
