Return item. Print the label
I activated the return procedure for an item. I then purchased (the amount has already been charged to me) the return label with Poste Italiane. However, the procedure did not allow me to print/save the label. Now if I look at the status for that item it says I purchased the label but doesn’t give me the option to reprint it. In fact, the button for repurchasing another label appears! Has this already happened to any of you?

per recuperare l'etichetta acquistata, devi chiedere supporto a Packlink:

Sul forum parecchi utenti denunciano difficoltà di recupero dell'etichetta in caso di problemi o necessità.
