Partial refund
Hello, I bought a phone, after about 1 week of use two pixels burned out, I asked for a return of the item and I was told that 30% would be withheld from the total for having used the phone and that it would increase if they found signs of wear, is this all normal?

yes, if you return a phone that you bought new, the seller can apply a percentage for having used it... 30% seems more than fair to me...
