Return for not having picked up the item made beyond the time limit set by me, ebay forces me to refund the shipping costs too. What should I do? A return is started beyond the time limit and I ask ebay for an explanation, and they tell me that the return was made from the pickup point because the customer did not show up to collect the parcel, so it was accepted even though it was beyond the time limit... I swallow my pride and wait for the return. Yesterday the package arrives, the transaction of 89 euros + 9 euros shipping costs, I go to issue the refund and see that I am forced to pay the shipping costs as well. So? I have already suffered a loss because of the return beyond the time limit, and now I also have to pay costs I incurred? What should I do?
