Returning a product as an unregistered user, but I have an account
Good morning, I purchased a replacement part as an unregistered user, but in fact I’ve had the account for many years; at that moment I didn’t remember the password, but now I need to make the return, the product is wrong, I submitted the return request, in the return procedure email, when I enter the details and the password, it tells me there are server problems. For almost a week now. Thanks, how can I solve this?
