Refund requested for defective item
I’m selling a camera and указ in the description that: " there is a defect in the viewfinder, the price takes this defect into account" . A few days later the buyer opens a return request for defective item, arguing that " there is a defect in the viewfinder" ... as usual eBay gives me no choice but to accept the return or offer a refund. Will I have to take the item back and lose the shipping costs? It all seems unbelievable to me, this is madness.

Mentore9 months agoYour descriptions, to me, are excessively sparse; I saw that sometimes you write "the viewfinder is hazy", but while in the Zenit E you indicated For spare parts or not working, in the case of the Zorki C you didn’t put anything.
I’d suggest being more precise in the descriptions and also putting them in Italian.
