good morning I shipped an item on 9/11/2024 to Spain, the buyer after a month opened a dispute for the item not received and after a little while eBay refunded him the amount he paid, closing the dispute.....but...... I realized after a few days by checking the shipping tracking that the item had arrived to him !! I tried contacting the buyer asking for a refund, but he doesn't reply, I tried calling eBay, but they tell me it doesn't depend on them but on Spanish eBay, but excuse me but what should I do after I lost the money and the item?

Mentore1 year agoFrom the moment the refund process was opened, you had three business days to provide tracking, proof of delivery, etc... Now it seems to me that it's definitely too late, I think the deadline to appeal the ebay.es decision has also long passed
All you can do is file a complaint for embezzlement, although I think it will have little effect on a foreign citizen.
