Good evening, I need to refund some money to one of my buyers for a product purchased in November 2025. How do I do it, can I refund them myself or do I need to ask eBay to handle it also because I still have a pending balance. What do I need to do?

on eBay you can't do anything anymore.
You could reach an agreement with the buyer for an alternative method to send him the money... hoping he won't then open a dispute about the payment method... in this way you'll refund him twice!
