Unregistered user return
Hello, I made a purchase as an unregistered user. I started the return process by going to the order details with the confirmation email link. I also received the return confirmation email, which tells me to ship the item by May 9. The problem is that when I click to buy the shipping label, it says there is no return process for which to buy the label! I don't know how to proceed. Can anyone help me?

OP1 year agoThanks, I had contacted support via chat and it was useless, but then I had them contact me by phone and it was very helpful. I should have solved it 99%.
