Return/refund denied
Good morning, I bought a watch sold as new and never worn, it arrived scratched and not working. The seller refuses a return/refund and accuses me of cheating(?!?) how can eBay intervene?

Mentore2 years agoIf the item does not match the description in the listing, open an eBay return case specifying this reason.

What he says is irrelevant. No seller can refuse the return in the event of non-conformity.
