Item arrived defective. I opened a return but the seller closed the return without an explanation. The item is under warranty for two years. At this point what do I do?

Mentore2 years agoIf you had opened a return request for a non-compliant item, it can’t be closed by the seller.

You can take action through the payment method used:
dispute on the PayPal site, if you paid with PayPal;
chargeback request to your credit institution, if you paid with a card.

OP2 years agoHowever impossible it may be, the seller closed the return without getting back in touch.

Mentore2 years agoYou probably chose the wrong reason. The one for non-compliance can only be closed by the seller with a refund.
