Account restriction
I would like to ask, I opened a seller account or made some sales, now I find myself with the account restricted and the money from sales blocked for 14 days and it won't let me put anything up for sale. I would like to know if after these 14 days I can at least receive orders already sold or I also sent the documentation they asked me for but I'm afraid of losing the money from previous sales too. Can someone help me?

Mentore3 years agoUnfortunately, selling Samsung smartphones with photos taken from the internet or from a catalog, and therefore copyrighted, is not allowed... Samsung is very careful about listings like that.
In any case, you would have had the funds blocked even without restrictions... you’re a new seller... so wait for the timing that eBay imposes on you, you can check it here:

Next time, it’s better to use photos you take yourself.
