Sales account reactivation restriction

Good morning.
I have been an eBay user for over 10 years with 100% positive feedback (over 150)
For several months I have had restrictions on selling, as according to eBay my seller performance does not meet the parameters. I should point out and admit that several times I have run into not very serious sellers who made offers and then did not complete the purchase, and sometimes I was forced to modify the listings because they contained errors that did not suggest fraud in the sale. I have asked several times to have my account reactivated, but I always receive the same reply, namely that my account is subject to restrictions, etc. After more than 150 positive feedbacks, no problems ever had with sales in the past, clean and clear, eBay does not take this into account and acts this way in an authoritarian manner without any possibility of making the selling console reactivatable? What do you recommend? Thanks
