Restriction for a purchase
Hello everyone, I would kindly like to know why, as soon as I try to place an order for a purchase, or make a purchase offer, this message appears?
At the moment you can buy items only by adding them to your eBay cart and paying immediately. This option will be offered to you for all fixed-price or Buy It Now listings by clicking the Add to cart button. If the Add to cart" option is not available, find a listing where it is present.
