account restrictions
Good morning, I was in the hospital and when I got back I found an expired payment and the account restricted, I immediately paid the overdue invoice of 6.05 euros by bank transfer because I don't use a credit card and now that 45 days have passed I still have the restrictions, I can't even make a purchase. I chatted, spoke on the phone, wrote emails. . I sent the proof of payment but they say to wait and they don't answer me. Can you advise me what to do?

OP3 years agoIt’s not that I can’t have a card, it’s that I paid by bank transfer and if eBay gave me the details to make the payment, it should also remove the restrictions... Feels like being in China...

I don't think you can pay eBay with this method...

eBay Gmbh . They gave me the details to pay them by bank transfer after I told them I don't use a credit card .

OP3 years agoTo sum up, I expressed my desire to pay by bank transfer and Ebay through chat gave me the details to pay, on July 6, 23 I paid and since then I have contacted them at least 20 times in every possible way and they tell me to wait for their reply. Even on the phone they kept bouncing me around" with the excuse that they had to check and that then they would call me back but no luck... Now I’d like to delete myself from this sh.it platform but I can’t because it doesn’t let me close the account automatically because of the restrictions. Hmm!

Mentore3 years agoSo... bottom line... since it's a payment method that, honestly, I don't consider either safe or fast... if you had paid by card, the problem would have been solved quickly.
If you have a bank account, it stands to reason you could also have a simple prepaid card, very useful for these purposes.
So, unfortunately, the forum can't provide you with solutions.
