Purchase restrictions
Like has already happened to others, my account is blocked for purchases because of an unpaid item, when I have paid for all my purchases. There were some order cancellations in the past, but only because the seller had told me he would do so in order to get access to discounts: I made all the purchases through e-bay. But what do I need to do to have the restrictions removed?

If ebay made this decision, only ebay can remove it...
