Reopening of return request
I need to return an item that was passed off to me as correct. I accidentally opened and then closed the dispute, but now I need to reopen it… is there a solution?

Mentore3 weeks agoThere’s no solution. As it said in the message, if you confirmed your intention to close the procedure, you then couldn’t open any others on eBay.
You can still try reaching out to the payment protection options you used (PayPal or Klarna dispute, or a chargeback from the credit card).
