Hello,I have a problem with an item. I opened and closed a return on June 14 before picking up the package, which I picked up on the 17th... everything shows up on eBay. I was convinced that since I hadn’t picked it up yet, it could be reopened...The seller told me to open the return, but I can’t do it anymore. Does eBay have the option to reopen it considering I hadn’t picked up the package yet?If not, is there anything else I can do?Thanks
