Refund
Hello, I bought an item and only when it arrived at my home did I realize I had made the wrong purchase. I asked for a refund, sent the package back, and the seller only refunded me half, telling me that the package was not in its original condition. But I only opened the package and then closed it again and sent it back. Is there a way to get the other half of the amount back?

Mentore8 months agoEven if I didn't see the condition of the return, the deduction seems excessive to me.
To get to 50% (the maximum), there have to be visible signs, missing parts, or the packaging destroyed.
