I have a problem. On April 24, 2023 I received the replacement part posted on eBay, but from the listing photos the part is not the same as the one I received; it was the wrong one.I contacted the seller explaining that the replacement part is different from the one they posted.They ask me for photos of the part received, I forward the photos and they tell me they did not receive the photos of the part; I send the email again with more photos and they tell me they cannot see the photos. I have communicated in writing that the replacement part is not the same as the one purchased, therefore I want a refund. 24 hours have passed since receiving the replacement part. How can I enforce my rights? thanks.
