Replacement arrived to the buyer, Italian post hasn't updated the system and eBay won't pay. Doesn't seem right to me.

Mentore8 months agoI don't think that's right.
It's not right either that, as a private individual as you define yourself, you sell a large quantity of new items that cannot be such, because as a "private individual" you can't provide any official warranty.

Mentore8 months agoFor trusted eBay sellers, payment is released within 2 business days, regardless of delivery.
If it were as you say and if delivery confirmation were really needed to unlock payments, anyone using priority shipping would never get paid at all.
New or less active sellers, on the other hand, receive payments after about 14 days. I think your very low feedback percentage has pushed you back into this category.
