Blackmail with negative feedback
Hello, I have a problem with a buyer.
As soon as he received the item, a watch band, he left negative feedback. After a week he opened a case asking for a return and refund, showing two photos of the item received (which, incidentally, were perfectly in line with the listing photos) and two photos of a completely different model, claiming that he should have received that one. Today he sent me a message on WhatsApp saying that if I refund him, he will "maybe" remove the negative feedback. (I’m attaching a screenshot). I had already replied to the return request explaining my reasons, but I would also like to report this to eBay.
Does anyone know how to send eBay the phone screenshot with the message? Thanks

Mentore3 years agoHello,
unfortunately, for disputes, only conversations that took place via eBay messaging are valid, so external apps are not valid.
Kind regards.
