Search Favorites in the eBay app

Hello, I’ve set up a search in the eBay app for some Favorite items so I’m notified when certain items I’m looking for are listed by entering the NAME and also the CATEGORY. However, I also get items that aren’t relevant (for example, items whose translation in English matches the search item). Is it not possible to narrow the search field in order to get more precise results and not get lost in the multitude of items flagged by eBay?

Unfortunately, I’ve never managed to narrow the search down to only relevant items; I also get a ton of useless reports.
